Kate Caldecourt

Founder, Strategy Architect

Kate Caldecourt, is the daughter of two small business owners in the hotel industry in rural Ireland. She learned at a young age the challenges entrepreneurs face in sustaining and growing their business. 

She watched them carry the weight of every decision, and she saw that the burden entrepreneurs carry to improve the livelihoods of their families and their employees is often a lonely and challenging place to be. She decided early that she wanted to help leaders carry that weight and alleviate the stress of walking the journey alone.

Kate started her career in human resources at OtterBox, coaching individuals at every level from entry-level employees to the CEO. She saw early on that her real strength was not just understanding business, but understanding people and what helps them succeed within it. Over time, she moved from working in the business to working on the business, leading strategy for OtterBox’s operations across EMEA and APAC, then globally. She designed strategic plans, built organizational structures, and coached leadership teams through transformation. That work gave her a deep understanding of the human dynamics that shape performance, leadership, and change.

In 2019, Kate took the leap her parents had taken decades before: she became an entrepreneur. She founded Strategy Architect to help CEOs and executive teams do what her parents did, build something meaningful and sustain it through complexity, growth, and change. But she also founded it to ensure leaders don’t have to do it alone, and instead achieve their vision with joy, purpose and piece of mind.
